Right At Home In Leclair's General Store
Maybe it was the smell of brewing coffee, or the hint of sugar teasing me from a baked goods display that hurried me through the doors. Whatever it was, it felt familiar, like home.
Make your way to 1212 Fort Bragg Rd in Fayetteville, NC and you'll find yourself at Leclair's General Store. The curb appeal is a mix of modern and mysterious with sprinkles of southern charm. Step inside and experience sensory overload in the best way!
I went to Fayetteville with a group of fellow creatives to experience the city's evolving vibe. Leclair's was the first stop on our itinerary. We met the owner, Patrick Leclair, who welcomed us with the biggest smile and then shared how his store originated. It is a heartwarming story of big dreams, the military, and brotherly love (literally). No better way to hear it than in Patrick's own words over a cup of coffee. *hint, hint*
Leclair's has so much to choose from: clothing, coffee mugs, wine, snacks, beer, honey, plants, pasta sauce, etc. There's no way to list it all so go here to see for yourself. I purchased a bag of Hatchet coffee and a pack of cheddar and walnut crackers. So good! I can't wait to fill a cup with my new coffee.
Whether you're stopping by to purchase something specific, browse for new "buy local" items, work on a project, meet up with a friend/client, or to just get away from it all, Leclair's has the it factor to accommodate a plethora of needs. That sort of charm isn't easy to come by! Oh, and from a mom's perspective, if you visit as a family with small kids, expect to walk out with purchases!
