This came to me after a conversation with someone very special. It’s a different kind of post meant to encourage YOU. Take what you need from it. Leave the rest.

“Go ahead my friend… allow others to (mistakenly) underestimate your level of resilience.

Let them doubt your tenacity & strength to persevere despite obstacles. They know nothing about the hard lessons you’ve learned. All they have are their insecurities & desperation to lean on.

When you get discouraged, fearful, sad, etc, just keep putting one foot in front of the other. One breath & step at a time. You will reach your desired destination if you don’t give up.

Those people will soon learn that intimidation, harsh words, & insults don’t work on you. We’re a different breed you & I.

Bottom line…

We. Don’t. Quit.

And it’s very rare that we’ll back down. Go ahead, join me in laughing in the faces of those who have ill intentions towards us. Those who want to see us fail but inwardly know we won’t.

Listen friend… that’s the part that scares them. That’s why their greatest hope is to witness our failure… but they never will.

And they know it.

No matter what they do, what they say, how low down & dirty they get, we’ll always come out on top. Always.

Show up. Keep showing up.
