5 Reasons See Kai Run Shoes May Be Great For Your Busy Toddler
I recently came across a new-to-me shoe brand. I know, I know, always late to the party!
Has my family tried them yet? No... but I've only read good things about See Kai Run and when it comes to shoes for my hyper daughters, I need them to be gooood if not great.
Growing up, I considered myself a "prissy tomboy." I was the chick who wanted to wear my fanciest Sunday shoes, while swinging from trees I carelessly climbed. I wanted to make mud pies from the dirt in my grandparent's garden, while decked out in my best dress! I can't imagine how my parents felt having to find dainty clothes and shoes that could also withstand hurricanes!
Although painfully shy, when it came to playing outside, I was that hurricane.
The same characteristics have passed down from me to my daughters- the youngest in particular. Vivia is the wildest thing on two legs (sometimes four)! If you have any doubt whatsoever, check her out:
Okay... so she's just like any other toddler but you see that I'm telling the truth.
She's wild and adventurous but she wants to look good doing it! If she could live life her way, she'd wear a prom dress every day! Please believe, no matter what her ootd looks like, her shoes must be on point.
**OOTD is outfit of the day for those of you still catching up with today's lingo. No worries. So am I.**
If you want to witness a full-on toddler tantrum, hand her the wrong pair of shoes!
Here we are facing the cool-down and color explosion of the fall season. It's almost time to put away thin layers and pull out the plush stuff! For my daughters, that also means new boots, sneakers and all things shoes.
My oldest is set in her ways and has chosen what she considers the place to shop for herself (witness the tween mania here or read about it here). Vivia is the center of attention this go round and I'm thinking See Kai Run may be our best bet. Here's why:
Cute & Fashionable.
If you've learned nothing else from this post, you know that my toddler is fashion-forward. I am able to witness her growth in self-confidence first hand when she's wearing the items that she likes! I suggest checking out this brand if you, too, are living with a tiny shoezilla.
(While I had my first choice of shoes for her, Vivia chose these immediately by yelling, "the pink ones... I want the pink ones!")
Cute & Durable
There is no compromise for durability when it comes to small kids; mine especially! I need shoes that are able to keep up with the overload of energy that my daredevil-ish girl is. She is EVERYWHERE as you saw in the video!
Cute & Made To Fit Ever-Growing Toddler Feet
The health of Vivia's feet is beyond important to me. Her busy three years on earth have given me a strong glimpse into our future and no way will she be sitting still! Designers of See Kai Run obviously take foot health seriously and understand the need to accommodate rapid growth.
Cute & Affordable
Okay... so maybe the prices are a bit more than I'm used to paying but that's because I'm cheap & haven't ventured out of my shopping box in a while. Diapers.com prices definitely seem reasonable. When shoes (and other items) deliver in quality and function, I don't mind paying the price. Hey... from what I've always heard, you get what you pay for right?
Cute & Options
Did I mention cute at all in this post??? So yeah... the shoes are super cute and there are options people! Who doesn't love and need that? From boots, to flats, to sneakers, whether dressing up or down, there's something for everyone! You won't know until you look for yourself so head on over!
Wait... you haven't checked them out yet? I wouldn't have been able to stop myself!
Let me add moms of boys, this company was founded because of the owners son. You will equally (if not more so) find nice, durable shoes for the precious young men in your lives.
