A Review Of Naternal's CBD Skincare Line

I’ve never had overly dry skin during winter months but as I age, I notice the need for increased moisture in areas like my legs & feet. My hands, however, are always in need of lotion due to frequent washing. I’m definitely not a product junkie but I’m willing to buy or review products if I believe they’ll solve an issue many are facing.

Last summer, I was fortunate to try Naternal's new products. They gifted me their CBD Oils & their Defend CBD Salve. You can read about my experience here. This time around, I tried their newest skin care products: Balance CBD Body Lotion & Soothe Body Butter. I also received the Rescue CBD Muscle Cream. I was especially excited to try this for my sore muscles. Powerlifting workouts, like any other, can definitely take their toll!

Before I get into my opinions of the products, let me give you some information about Naternal in case you’re unfamiliar. Naternal is a Root Bioscience brand based in Morrisville, NC. The company creates cannabidiol (CBD) tinctures, salves, & now a skincare line for people interested in high-quality hemp products. I’m still doing my research on & learning about CBD, therefore, I’m no expert. As I always suggest, do your own thorough research concerning anything you’re interested in.

THE PRODUCTS

*Balance CBD Body Lotion - Infused with argan oil & lavender, I found this so good for my dry hands. #ThisMama does not like to be ashy! Anytime I apply it, I can feel my palms & fingers soaking up the deliciousness. My hands like this so much I didn't bother applying it to my body. I just threw it in my purse! When sharing it with family members, they give the same sentiments.

As for the scent, the CBD/hemp smell is prevalent but lessened by the lavender.

*Soothe Body Butter - This one is infused with shea butter & lavender. Lately, I've found rough patches on the back of my thighs & noticed drier skin on my butt. Just keeping it real with you! I like how the butter works on my feet as well. Total body moisturization.

My skin feels very smoothe & saturated after using this. I don't like when lotions & body butters leave me so oily I'll slide right off of whatever I'm sitting on. Yet, I do want them thick & creamy so I feel like I've actually applied something. You understand what I mean right?

As for the scent, the CBD/hemp is very potent when first opening the container but mine has since lessened. I usually apply the butter after a shower & before bed. You can definitely wear this any time of day. It's just a matter of personal preference.

*Rescue CBD Muscle Cream- Infused with menthol & arnica, I've found this cream to be exactly what I look for in a muscle rub. I like the thickness of it, the minty scent, & the tingling sensation on my skin after applying it. It gives my sore muscles the help they're longing for after a hard workout.

Johnny has also found relief for his back using this cream. He has a very strenous job & rarely ends a day without pain of some sort. Each time I've massaged the cream into his muscles, he feels better. I hope you have the same results if you decide to give it a try!

As for the scent, as I mentioned, it's minty for sure. The mint drastically overpowers any hint of CBD/hemp in my opinion.

Overall, I give the Naternal skincare line a thumb’s up. I think they’ve done a great job of not only using high-quality hemp but of also infusing the products with other ingredients that really work & are better for our bodies. When consumers purchase items, they want their desired results. I feel most people will be satisfied shopping with Naternal.

If you’ve tried their products. what was your experience? If you decide to try them, come back & let me know how it goes. As usual, if I experience anything different than what I’ve posted here, I’ll come back with updates.
