I Never Thought I'd Use Bamboo Like This

There are certain items that disappear way too quickly in my home:

  1. Milk and snacks because… kids.

  2. Wine... because I deserve sanity AND grapes are fruit (aka nutritious).

  3. Detergent... because, unfortunately, dishes and clothes don’t clean themselves.

  4. Toilet paper, napkins, and thanks to fall allergies, facial tissues here we come!

All of these items are staples for us and there’s no way of getting around that. Every week our bank account takes a hit. So imagine the smile on my face when http://caboopaper.com/ reached out asking me to review their products. They wanted me to review toilet paper, napkins, and facial tissue!

I jumped at the opportunity but not just for the reasons you may think. Caboo Paper Products Inc. is a company that is truly working hard to alter the condition and course of our planet. All of their paper products are made from bamboo and sugar cane. In other words, the trees we so desperately need for survival are being saved from axes and chainsaws. I don’t know about you, but I love oxygen and we need trees for that!

My experience with the paper products went very well. I had specific questions in mind when using them. My opinions were formed from those questions.

Toilet Paper

Is it thick enough to keep my hands dry when I wipe myself or my toddler? Is it soft enough to avoid feeling like I used sandpaper?

Yes, it is thick and sturdy as tissue should be. Wiping butts is a big job and it takes a quality product to handle that! It isn’t as soft as I’d prefer but I’ll happily compromise on that to avoid the trauma of feeling waste on my hands!

Napkins

Will they keep the faces and hands of messy little eaters clean? Can they clean up the spills of an eight and three year old?

Yes! I feel that Caboo’s napkins are good competition for any other high-quality brand of napkins. My daughters are like Tasmanian devils when using napkins/paper towels, but these didn’t rip easily. As for spills, a single napkin could handle a small one but you’d obviously need more for mega spills.

Facial Tissues

Allergy problems are a given for us. Seasonal changes consistently cause sneezing, runny noses, and misery. Fall, so far, has been no different.

Caboo’s facial tissues have worked great for us. I love the quality! They aren’t super soft but they are soft enough to get the job done without leaving your nose sore and chaffed.  That’s a win-win for me!

Would I purchase these paper products on my own?

Definitely!

I’m impressed with the quality and the prices seem reasonable in my area. Follow the link to find out where to purchase them near your locationhttp://caboopaper.com/where-to-buy/. It's satisfying to know that purchasing these products benefits our world. I am confident in my family's ability to positively affect our earth one step at a time!

My oldest daughter calls herself a “nature helper.” She has worked hard to save plants and animals the duration of her short life; therefore, she’s adorably stoked about Caboo’s mission! It’s a noteworthy endeavor and my household strongly applauds the efforts. Be sure to check out the company by visiting the aforementioned links.

Have you used Caboo paper products? If so, what’s your opinion of them? If you have not but decide to, let me know whatcha think!
